Lumina Homes' Influencer Affiliate Marketing Program is free to join and allows you to monetize using your social media accounts and websites through income per click and income per sale.

To apply, you must be:

• Not an accredited salesperson of Lumina Homes
• With at least 5,000 followers on social media
• Accomplished the accreditation form of Lumina Influencer Affiliate Marketing Program

Lumina influencer affiliates are tracked using a unique reference handle that's assigned to each influencer when they're accepted into the program. Influencer affiliates use this unique link to direct their followers to the Lumina Homes property listing website so that successful referrals can choose among the selection of Lumina's project locations and home models.

Upon acceptance into the Lumina Influencer Affiliate Marketing Program, you will receive your unique affiliate link. When informing your followers about Lumina Homes, always use your unique affiliate link. If a follower clicks on your affiliate link posted on your social media account or website, you will be credited with the referral income per click.

Lumina Homes will send the status report of clicks to influencers every 5th of the month—a minimum of Php50 income to receive a payout. Payout is available every 15th of the month.

Upon acceptance in the program, you will receive a customized promo code that your followers may use as a promo discount voucher upon reservation.

You are eligible to receive an income per sale if a Lumina homebuyer used your customized promo code upon reservation through Lumina Homes Online.

Lumina Homes will send the status report of promo code users to influencers every 5th of the month, and the payout occurs five business days after the 5th day of the month.

Lumina Homes' Influencer Affiliate Marketing Program will send affiliate payouts through your declared bank details or digital wallets.

For credits accumulated from the 1st of the month up to and including the 30th of the month, the payout occurs five business days after the 5th day of the month. If the commission balance is less than Php50, then the balance is held until the next payout period.
