ECQ for NCR Plus Bubble Extended Until April 11

Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque announced the Enhanced Community Quarantine extension in NCR Plus Bubble, including NCR and Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, and Bulacan provinces. This is in response to the recommendation of the Inter-Agency Task Force or IATF to extend the ECQ for at least a week in the NCR Plus Bubble.
Below are the ECQ Guidelines that everyone should observe during the extended ECQ according to the IATF Resolution No. 106-A:
Construction Projects
All essential and priority construction projects, both public and private, will be operational as long as they follow the guidelines mandated by DPWH.
Mass Gatherings
Mass gatherings will still be prohibited for this one-week extension of ECQ.
Curfew
The 6:00 PM to 5:00 AM curfew will still be implemented. Only Authorized Persons Outside of Residence or APORs, workers, cargo vehicles, and public transportations shall not be restricted during the curfew hours.
Transportation
Road, rail, maritime, and aviation of the public transportation sectors will be allowed as long as they will only cater to the required capacity and follow the protocols implemented by the Department of Transportation or DOTr.
Movement of People
These people should stay at home at all times:
- People ages below 18 years old and over 65 years old
- Persons with immunodeficiency, comorbidity, other health risks, and pregnant women. They can only go out when they need to obtain essential goods and services or if they need to go to work in industries and offices.
These are the only people allowed outside of residence:
- APORs or people who need to access essential goods or services
- Workers in offices or establishments that are allowed to operate
Stores Allowed
Malls will be closed except for groceries, drugstores, and hardware depot that are categorized as essential stores. Restaurants will also be permitted to remain operational as long as they only accept take-outs and deliveries.
Travel Pass
No travel pass will be needed to go to and fro the NCR Plus Bubble, but you might need to present an Identification Card that you are an APORs or workers.
Lumina Offices in NCR Plus Bubble still on Mobile and Online Transactions Only.
In compliance with the extension of ECQ from April 5 to April 11, Lumina Homes in NCR Plus Bubble will still be observing the health and safety protocols in line with the IATF’s guidelines. With this, the following Lumina Offices will only offer online and mobile transactions during the one-week ECQ extension.
Below are the following offices that will accommodate online and mobile services from April 5 to April 11:
- Lumina Homes Main Office (Starmall Alabang)
- Lumina Admin Office (Starmall Shaw)
- Lumina Homes in Bulacan
- Lumina Homes in Rizal
- Lumina Homes in Cavite
- Lumina Homes in Laguna
