As the pandemic did massive twists in our daily lives and brought the new normal to us, one of its upsides was the swift digital transformation. In a snap, all of us had the urge to adapt to virtual technologies. Gawad Lumina is the annual awarding of top sales performers for the year. This year might be different, but it marked the 8th year of Lumina Homes as a significant and meaningful one. In celebration of its 8th year, Lumina held the 1st Online Recognition of Gawad Lumina and conducted the "2nd Kumustahan sa Bayan ni Juan" last August 24, 2020. The program started by showing famous festivals in the Philippines, which are similarly bright and colorful, like the 8mazing milestones of Lumina Homes through the years.

When asked about the best learning he had in selling, Mr. Jerico Carreon, JBC Realty broker, shared his thoughts, "Be positive. Look at the opportunity and not the difficulty. Be persistent.
