While Reservation Sales made for all other home models with a minimum Net Contract Price (NCP) of PhP900,000 will be equivalent to two (2) raffle tickets.

For the sales managers' category, every three (3) Reservation Sales of Aimee Rowhouse, and Anna Rowhouse will be equivalent to one (1) raffle ticket. While for accounts like Lots Only with a minimum Net Contract Price (NCP) of PhP 750,000 and all other home models with a minimum Net Contract Price (NCP) of PhP900,000 there should be two (2) Reservation Sales made, and that will be equivalent to one (1) raffle ticket.

For the brokers' category, every five (5) Reservation Sales made of Aimee Rowhouse, and Anna Rowhouse will be equivalent to one (1) raffle ticket. While for Lots Only with minimum Net Contract Price (NCP) of PhP 750,000 seven (7) Reservation Sales will be equivalent to one (1) raffle ticket. Then, for all other home models with a minimum Net Contract Price (NCP) of PhP900,000, the broker will need three (3) Reservation Sales to have an equivalent of one (1) raffle ticket.
