Boost your sales and mark your calendars because from December 1 to 28, 2020, all Reservation Sales (RS) for every house and lot for sale by Lumina Homes will get a corresponding number of raffle tickets. 1. Who is eligible to join the Luminawide Christmas raffle?

All Bida Lumina Sellers who are Lumina sales agents, sales managers, brokers, and DM Allied that have closed valid reservation deals of packages of house and lot for sale or lots only.

2. When is this promotional offer valid?

Accumulation of sales for Pamaskong Handog Raffle Promo runs from December 1 to 28, 2020.

3. When will the winners be drawn?

Pamaskong Handog Raffle Promo will be done during the Lumina Wide Online Year-End Party on December 29, 2020.

4. What are the prizes at stake?

Winners could win these great prizes during the raffle. There will be 14 Major Prizes that awaits Bida Lumina Sellers which includes the following:

1 winner of a LED TV from All Home

1 winner of a Refrigerator from All Home

1 winner of a Washing Machine from All Home

1 winner of a Cash Prize

This is a nationwide promo wherein Bida Lumina Seller may consolidate sales from over 50 developments in key locations of Lumina Homes across the country: Rizal, Bulacan, Pampanga, Bataan, Zambales, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Pangasinan, La Union, Cagayan, Isabela, Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, Quezon, Camarines Norte, Albay, Sorsogon, Iloilo, Capiz, Cebu, Negros Occidental, Agusan del Norte, Zamboanga del Sur, Bukidnon, Misamis Occidental, Davao del Norte, Davao del Sur, and South Cotabato.

6. How will the winners be chosen?

After securing valid reservations, tagging of the raffle ticket number will be done on a per-project basis. Winners will be drawn on the given date of the Lumina Wide Christmas Raffle.

The seller can only win once for major prizes. In the event, that the seller's ticket was picked up more than once, he or she can choose the higher prize.

Accounts should be updated during the date of the redemption of the prizes.

7. How many tickets per valid reservation?

For the salespersons' category, every Lots Only with minimum Net Contract Price (NCP) of PhP 750,000, Aimee Rowhouse, and Anna Rowhouse Reservation Sales will be equivalent to one (1) raffle ticket. While Reservation Sales made for all other home models with a minimum Net Contract Price (NCP) of PhP900,000 will be equivalent to two (2) raffle tickets.

For the sales managers' category, every three (3) Reservation Sales of Aimee Rowhouse, and Anna Rowhouse will be equivalent to one (1) raffle ticket. While for accounts like Lots Only with a minimum Net Contract Price (NCP) of PhP 750,000 and all other home models with a minimum Net Contract Price (NCP) of PhP900,000 there should be two (2) Reservation Sales made, and that will be equivalent to one (1) raffle ticket.

For the brokers' category, every five (5) Reservation Sales made of Aimee Rowhouse, and Anna Rowhouse will be equivalent to one (1) raffle ticket. While for Lots Only with minimum Net Contract Price (NCP) of PhP 750,000 seven (7) Reservation Sales will be equivalent to one (1) raffle ticket. Then, for all other home models with a minimum Net Contract Price (NCP) of PhP900,000, the broker will need three (3) Reservation Sales to have an equivalent of one (1) raffle ticket.
