Lumina Recognizes Top Performing Networks in Mid-year Awards 2021

Lumina Mid-year Awards 2021, anchored with the theme "Boost. Transcend. Step-up." held via Zoom, gathered over 500 Lumina Homes' partner sales networks nationwide.

The event highlighted the recognition of top salespersons, sales managers, and brokers from North and East Luzon, South Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. It is also a virtual concert dedicated to every Bida Lumina Seller who went above and beyond to bring affordable house and lot for every Filipino family in the first half of 2021 amid the pandemic.

During the event, Engr. Joemi Tan, Division Head of Lumina Homes shared that Lumina Homes has evolved in so many ways since they started nine years ago. "We stepped up to different challenges and because we did, we grew exponentially — over 800 hectares in development footprint, over 100 projects in 51 key locations across the Philippines, and over 100,000 clients served."

He also proudly shared the milestones of Lumina Homes as it marked its 9th year, such as being a frontrunner in real estate digital solutions what with Lumina website, Lumina Homes Online, interactive web map, virtual tours, Lumina E-Services App, Sellers Portal, and many more. He also proudly shared Lumina Homes' first condominium community, Prima, in Tanza, Cavite, and the awards received by Lumina Homes such as being awarded Top Developer by BestStartup.Asia and Pag-IBIG Fund.
