There's no better place in Batangas to find calm and serenity than the Monastery of Mary Mediatrix of All Grace or Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, which is simply known as "Carmel." The Lady requested that a statue of her be made in her likeness, and the chapel is available to anybody who wishes to visit it and revere the Lady. Carmel, unlike Lipa Cathedral, is tucked away from the city's bustling streets. 3. Divino Amor Chapel

This chapel, also known as the Divino Amor Chapel Redemptorist, is one of the holiest locations in Lipa and Batangas. The Redemptorist Missionaries, or Congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer, are in charge of running the facility, which was created on November 9, 1732, in Scala, Southern Italy, by St. Alphonsus de Liguori. In 1906, the Congregation arrived in the Philippines and established churches to help Filipinos grow in their faith and commitment.
