Sinukmani 

Sinukmani is a type of local delicacy from Rosario Batangas that is made from glutinous rice, coconut milk, and sugar. In appearance, it is pretty similar to the biko. A caramelized latik topping gives the sinukmani a different taste boost. 

Sinukmani isn't a regular meal for the locals of the area. In addition to its flavor, it is a popular choice at weddings due to its symbolism. This dish is also prevalent around Undas or All Saints' Day when families gather to remember and pray for their deceased relatives.

Sinukmani Festival

Sinukmani Festival is prestige and famous festival in the town of Rosario.
