“I think this year would be my lucky year. This is already Year of the Ox and I think that pagkita ko kasi sa mga advertisement last year, na yung bahay is on a lower price. But I think last October, it started flashing on television and it’s already appreciated. Hindi kagaya ng sasakayan na it’s depreciated, na bumababa yung presyo.”

(I think this year, the Year of the Ox, is my lucky year. Last year, I saw from the advertisements that house prices started to become a bit cheaper until last October. I saw it flashing on my television that the value was already appreciated. This is great compared to cars which the value depreciates every year.)

He also mentioned that since he already has a stable job and a passive income, it can allow him to get a house and lot he can call his own. He also asserted that one of his friends recommended that he get a house and lot from Lumina since they have excellent land development projects.
