For Online Banking, they can pay either through Banco de Oro (BDO), Asia United Bank (AUB), Philippine National Bank (PNB), Security Bank, or Union Bank with the biller name Prima Casa Land & Houses, Inc.

Didn’t find your bank from the above list? No worries as you can still pay your dues on your preferred banks via Instapay. All you need to do is to log in to your preferred bank’s mobile app or online site and search for the Transfer to Other Local Bank option or any choices similar to that. Afterward, select ‘AllBank via Instapay” as your Destination Bank. Your payment will then be credited from AllBank to your Lumina Homes account once the transaction is complete.

Aside from that, homeowners who have an account with BDO can also enroll for an option called Auto Debit Agreement service. Just make sure to request an Auto-Debit Application Form from your assigned Lumina accounts officer and fill out the form. Afterward, submit the form back to your accounts office and let Lumina Tanza process your application to BDO. WOW! That is convenient!

You also don’t fret about the security and safety of all your cashless transactions as Lumina Tanza can guarantee that all their online payment facilities are safe because they only partnered with their trusted banks and institutions.
