Question # 1. HOW DO I FIND A REAL ESTATE BROKER SO I CAN BE A REAL ESTATE AGENT?

Here at Lumina Homes, we accept and accredit brokers and direct sellers. Meanwhile, if you want to be a real estate agent through our broker, you can find them through connections or referrals. Another way to find a broker under Lumina is by searching their social media accounts like their Facebook Account or Facebook Page, if available.

Question # 2. ARE YOU LOOKING FOR SALES AGENTS THAT CAN HELP YOU IN BUYING AND SELLING OF YOUR PROPERTIES?

Definitely, we are! In fact, we are looking for competent and proactive sellers who can sell our properties that are all available nationwide.

Lumina Homes currently have more than 50 projects all over the country. An interested sales agent can apply to be an accredited Lumina Seller for any of these sites. To become a Lumina Seller, you can directly visit our Sales Office to process your accreditation.

Question # 5. WHAT FINANCING DOES LUMINA OFFERS?

If you are aiming to start your homeownership as soon as possible, then Lumina Homes is offering Bank Financing for a FASTER HOME LOAN APPROVAL.

Have doubts about getting a bank home loan? Don't worry because we got you the qualifications that you need to meet in order to get a housing loan through the bank:

1. You must be employed or has an established business during the loan. This is a great option for long-time private or public employees who would like to have their own home. It's also one of the best options for our small business owners or SMEs who would like to explore real estate property investment.
2. Make sure that your employment status during your loan application must be "employed" and meets the required monthly income. 

In Lumina Homes, we use the Interim Rate of 8% for bank financing just for the qualifications. But after the down payment and once your loan is approved, there are banks that offer the lowest interest rate, as low as 5%.

Question # 6. I WANT TO RESERVE A UNIT IN LUMINA. WHAT IS THE RESERVATION PROCESS FOR BUYERS?

Here at Lumina Homes, we only have four easy reservation steps for our home buyers:

Step 1. Fill out your E-BIS or your information sheet via our online portal and indicate all the necessary details. You can go to https://onlinereservation.lumina.com.ph to start making that reservation for your dream Lumina house and lot package.

Step 2. Provide clear copies of your two (2) valid IDs with at least one (1) non-expiring ID like UMID, PhilHealth, TIN, or Voter's ID.

On the other hand, if you're married, you also need to provide your spouse's ID. 

For our overseas workers, make sure to also provide your Attorney-In-Fact or AIF ID.

Step 3. You can now pay the reservation fee. You can pay this either through cash, GCash, or bank bills payment. Please also take note that the reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Step 4. After you complete all the previous steps, you can now check the reservation documents that were provided by your marketing officer. You also have to make a confirmation for this that you must do in two ways: first is that you can acknowledge the email, and second is you can also sign all the sent documents.

CONGRATULATIONS! You are now a certified Lumina Homeowner!
