Before the pandemic, everyone missed the traditional Christmas tree lighting ceremonies. So, in the spirit of joyous celebrations, Lumina Homes lit up not only the trees but also new eSpacio in its Bacolod, Pandi, and Butuan communities, all while strictly enforcing health and safety protocols.

The launch of Lumina's signature amenity center coincides with the transformation of its residential communities. As the housing brand evolves, it continues to provide the best services and experiences to its homeowners by creating a joyful, harmonious, and fun-filled community space.

To the delight of the residents, each area launch featured an afternoon Zumba followed by an unforgettable Christmas tree lighting ceremony at dusk.

Lumina also held a live acoustic night music session at the Tambayan ni Juan, a place inspired by the idea of a night market with live gigs and exhibitions—all that a close-to-everyone's-heart-tambayan ought to be.

Each area launch included an afternoon Fitness routine followed by an unforgettable Christmas tree lighting ceremony at dusk, much to the delight of the residents.

It includes an outdoor dining area and a designated area for kiosks where homeowners can sell food and other items. The homeowners, as expected, enjoyed the food stalls, which provided a welcome respite from the years of lockdowns inside their homes.

Soon, the outdoor amenity will open a play area for small children near the jogging path, where health-conscious families can walk or jog safely, or ride a bicycle and continue to pursue a healthy and active lifestyle.

Those who want to take a brisk walk at night can feel safe thanks to CCTV cameras installed in various areas of the amenity center. Of course, homeowners can expect consistent health and safety protocols—regular sanitation, social distancing, and face mask use are all strictly enforced.
