Also, it plans to handle 1100 million passengers per year once fully completed in six years. This Bulacan project was proposed by San Miguel Corporation and will be constructed by San Miguel Aerocity Inc. that was commenced last 2020.

With that said, Governor Fernando has formed an airport committee that will tackle plans, proposals, and opinions about the construction of the international airport project in a 2,500-hectare coastal property in Bulakan town in this province. The said committee will be headed by Pandi Mayor Enrico Roque, while the members are composed of local chief executives from Guiguinto, Bocaue, Bulakan, Obando, Sta. Maria, Balagtas and Malolos City. The committee's main purpose is to know the plans and proposals of the Mayors, their suggestions and opinions, and additional ideas before the construction begins. According to pna.gov.ph, "Last August, a bill seeking to establish the Bulacan Airport City Special Economic Zone and Freeport (Bulacan Ecozone) was approved by the House of Representatives." Whereas the approved House Bill 7575 also seeks to establish the Bulacan Ecozone adjacent to the proposed international airport.

In addition to that, this Bulacan airport will be a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) that involves the construction and operation & maintenance of a new modern airport in Bulacan, with a design capacity that can be expanded to 200 million passengers per year consisting of 4 runways and all aviation-related facilities. It is a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) structure with a cooperation period of 50 years. San Miguel Corporation bagged the 50-year franchise to build and operate a new international airport in Bulacan.

It may lessen the average travel period of 69 minutes to 24 minutes of approximately 15,000 motorists per day between Borol 2nd, Balagtas, and Maasim, San Rafael.

As of April 2021, the 4-lane Angat Bride along Plaridel Bypass road is now complete! And do you know that Angat Bridge or Bridge No. 8 is considered as one of the longest bridges in the Philippines with its length of 1.12 kilometers. It is constructed over the mighty Angat River, the longest river system in the province. Also, Angat Bridge or Angat itself is 28 minutes away only from our Lumina Pandi Subdivision. It shall be composed of four (4) units of four-story school buildings that would house over 80 classrooms and is set to be complete by October this year.
