Via Commute

Via Tambo Exit:

1. Enter South Luzon Express Expressway then take Tambo Exit.

2. From Tambo Exit , traverse President Jose P. Laurel Highway and turn right to Morada Ave. until Mercury Drug Store is reached.

3. Turn right to P. Torres Street ang go straight to Tiaong - Lipa Rd until you reached Brgy. San Miguel, Padre Garcia, Batangas.

4. Turn right to Brgy. San Miguel, Padre Garcia, Batangas until you reach the subdivision site banner.

Via Ibaan Exit:

1.Enter South Luzon Express Expressway then take Ibaan Exit and go straight to San Jose -Ibaan - Batangas Rd.

2. You'll reach an intersection. Turn left to Rosario - Ibaan Rd until you reached Jollibee Rosario Batangas.

3. Then turn left to Batangas -Quezon Rd and you'll reached Brgy. San Miguel at Padre Garcia, Batangas.

4. Turn left to Brgy. San Miguel, Padre Garcia, Batangas until you reach the subdivision site banner.

Via Private Vehicle

Option 1:

1. From Manila, take the South Luzon Expressway all the way to STAR Tollway.

2. From STAR Tollway, take the Lipa-Tambo Exit. Take the right most road towards the town proper of Lipa City. After reaching the town proper, look for P. Torres St. at the right side which has a Mercury Drug at the corner. Turn right at P. Torres St.

3. Straight ahead to the highway that leads you to Padre Garcia and drive 8.5kms. After reaching Padre Garcia, you will reach a junction. One road leads to Rosario and the other, to Padre Garcia town proper. Take the straight road, then you will reach Lumina Rosario.

Option 2:

1.From Star Tollway, instead of heading to Tambo Exit, take the Ibaan-Malainin Exit.

2. At the exit, turn left then drive 2.5kms. You will reach a junction with a sign pointing to Rosario, turn left at this junction.

3. After turning left, the Municipal Hall of Ibaan will be on your right while a church will be on your left.

4. After passing the church, you will reach a fork road. Turn right to reach Lumina Rosario.
