Lumina Iloilo Holds Successful Mass House Turn-over

Lumina Homes is delighted to announce its successful mass house turn-over ceremony in Lumina Iloilo last August 20, 2022. In line with its 10th anniversary, Lumina Iloilo welcomed over 70 new homeowners as the main highlights of the celebration called OTW Home.

This program was led by Ms. Krystle Marie Reyes, Team Leader of the Customer Care Department; Ms. Faith Caigoy, Officer-in-Charge for Operations; and Engr. Harold Quilang of the Production Department and Officer-in-Charge of the Site Development and House construction.

Moreover, part of the OTW Home event was the turnover of house keys and unit inspection by the homeowners, signing of acceptance with the Developer and Site Engineer, giving out water and electric application requirements, and Homeowner's Association Briefing by the Property Manager.
